    BIO:
    I was born and raised right here in Raleigh/Wake County.  I grew up running in the creeks of North Raleigh and on the soccer and baseball fields of the area. I spent 4 years at East Carolina University, then came back home to start a career in Marketing/Advertising for a local Anheuser Busch Distributor. I feel this is where most of my whacky marketing ideas over the years have spawned from. (My greatest yet being Hamilton The Pig.)
    After 3 years working in beer business I saw the overall real estate market beginning to rebound out of the housing crash of 2008. Then 25 years old and as ambitious as I'v ever been, it felt like a great time to start my career in Real Estate. As much as I love chasing the deals and getting the best price possible for my clients, I really saw an opportunity to help others move to the area and enjoy the place I have always called home. Ever since moving back from college and even before I worked in Real Estate I was always asked "Where do you think I should live?" My real estate transition was a very natural process for me. ​

    Flash forward to 2024 and beyond and I have now sold over 450+ houses and created $105M in sales volume. This career never gets old to me. Everyday presents a new challenge and there is always something to learn or a new avenue to explore. I have always practiced general brokerage and helped folks start their new lives, but when the timing is right I love renovating homes back to life. For years I have been in the buy and hold investment property world, but most recently I have branched out to start a Property Management arm of NChomestead that helps many clients with their personal rentals. I love all things real estate and will probably talk way too much about it if you let me, but I am here to help you. I want to help you accomplish any Real Estate goals you may have. ​
